You can visit our studio in Doha or shop through our curated collections online. Private appointments are also available upon request.
In addition, Aldukan is available at select luxury destinations:

2. Do you offer bespoke designs?
Yes. Our bespoke service allows clients to create custom abayas and kaftans tailored to their style, fit, and occasion. Appointments can be booked in advance.
3. What is your exchange and return policy?
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for unworn items in their original condition.
• Bespoke and altered pieces are final sale.
• Refunds are only provided in cases of confirmed defects.
4. How long does a bespoke order take?
Depending on the design and detailing, bespoke orders usually take 2–6 weeks. Our team will confirm the timeline upon consultation.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Aldukan ships across the GCC and selected international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.
6. Can I book a private viewing?
Absolutely. We offer home and studio appointments for an exclusive shopping experience.
7. How do I care for my Aldukan piece?
We recommend professional dry cleaning to preserve the fabric and intricate detailing. Care instructions are provided with each garment.
